I can't log into my Shimbop Account

There are multiple possible causes if you can't log into your Shimbop Account.

1. Wrong password
If you receive an error saying the entered password is wrong and you can't remember the correct password, you can visit https://shimbop.com/reset to change your password.

2. Account not found
If you receive an error saying that there is no account linked to the entered email address, you may double-check if you entered the correct email address you used to sign up for Shimbop. It could also be that you made a typo when creating you account or your account got banned for violating the Shimbop Rules or Terms of Service. Please contact us if you need further help.
